Call us
When you call, it helps to have:
- The address or city and ZIP code of the damaged property.
- What happened (for example a burst pipe, roof leak, kitchen fire, flooding, sewage backup or mold) and roughly when.
- Which rooms or areas are affected and whether water is still coming in.
- Whether you own or rent the property, and whether you have already contacted your insurer.
Why there's no contact form
Damage situations change by the hour, and a conversation is the fastest way to understand what you need. We also prefer not to collect personal information through web forms. There are no contact forms, quote forms, ZIP code boxes, chat widgets or newsletter sign-ups on this website.
Before you call: safety first
If there is fire, a gas smell, sparking or energized water, structural collapse or an injury, leave the area and call 911. Follow instructions from your local fire department, utility and emergency management officials.
About the referral
Fire & Water Energy is a referral service, not a contractor. We try to connect you with an independent restoration contractor serving your area; availability depends on local providers. See our referral disclosure and privacy policy.
