Why we exist
When a pipe bursts or smoke fills a kitchen, most people do not have a restoration contractor's number saved. Searching while water is spreading is stressful, and it is hard to tell which listings are real local businesses. Fire & Water Energy gives you one number to call. We listen to what happened and try to connect you with an independent restoration contractor who handles that kind of work where you live.
What we do
- Answer calls from homeowners, renters, landlords and property managers.
- Try to connect callers with independent contractors for water damage, fire and smoke damage, flood and storm cleanup, mold remediation, sewage cleanup and repairs.
- Publish plain-language guides so you know what to expect, what to do safely before help arrives and what to ask before you hire anyone.
What we don't do
We are not a contractor and do not perform restoration work. We do not have local offices or crews, and the contractors you may be connected with are independent businesses that set their own prices and terms. We cannot guarantee availability or arrival times. The details are in our referral disclosure.
How our pages are written
Each city and state page is researched individually from public sources such as FEMA, the National Weather Service, Census data, state and local government sites and Wikipedia, and those sources are listed on the page. We do not publish invented local facts, reviews or credentials, and we hold back city pages that we cannot write accurately. Images are AI-generated illustrations, not photos of real jobs.
Reaching us
The only way to reach Fire & Water Energy is by phone at (866) 937-3230. There are no forms or email sign-ups on this site.
